Return Policy

In Stock Merchandise
Regular stock, non-clearance merchandise may be exchanged within 14 days towards other merchandise or store credit if that piece is still in new condition. Restocking or delivery charges may apply on merchandise exchanges. Minimum 15% restocking fee and possible labor charge will apply if order is canceled.

Special Order Merchandise
Special orders are not subject to cancellation or refunds. Availability of special order merchandise is estimated according to information at hand at the time the order is created. Seller is not responsible for delays in delivery of the merchandise occasioned by the manufacturer’s scheduling, stock on hand, availability of materials , transportation difficulty or any other cause beyond the control of Love’s Bedding or Cash and Carry. Special order merchandise held over 30 days must be paid in full.

Direct Ship Merchandise
If your product was shipped directly from the manufacturer via UPS, USPS or FedEX please follow the instructions for returning merchandise that arrived with your product. Each manufacturer has different return policies. Return shipping fees may be the responsibility of the customer except in the case of damage or defect upon delivery. Please contact the manufacturer directly and immediately if your shipment was damaged upon delivery. We are unable to cancel direct ship orders more than 24 hours after the order is placed. All items returned must be in new condition, unused, unassembled, unmodified and in the original packaging material.

Online Sales
Delivery charges are non-refundable. Please be sure to look at the measurements of the furniture as well as the space it's going in your home, doorways, stairways etc. Please contact our office at 603-634-8450 opt 3 to see if your online order is eligible for a return, refund or store credit.

Clearance Merchandise
All clearance sales are final. No returns, exchanges or refunds. Clearance items are clearly marked in store and online and noted on customer orders. If purchasing a clearance item online we highly encourage you to come and take a look in store before purchasing.

Mattresses

Exchanges

Returns
In order for a return to be made the item must be in new condition. If an item was delivered you may be responsible for a merchandise pick up fee or a restocking fee. If furniture was picked up you may return it to our warehouse location. Please see information above to see policies on special order items, mattresses, direct ship and in stock merchandise. Clearance purchases are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Cancellations
Regular stock, non-clearance merchandise may be subject to restocking, delivery or labor fees if canceled. Please contact your sales person about order cancellation. Special order products are not subject to cancellation.

Refunds
If an order is eligible for a refund it will be credited back to your original form of payment. Return shipping fees may be the responsibility of the customer except in the case of damage or defect upon delivery.If the original form of payment was a check or cash we will issue you a check by mail after the return merchandise is received.
