Warranty Information
Was your product delivered?
If your original purchase was delivered in our local area our service department will come to you to assess or fix your product.
Was your product picked up?
If your original purchase was picked up at our store or warehouse it will be your responsibility to bring the item back to be assessed and fixed.
If you don't have the ability to bring your product back to us we will charge you the delivery fee for your area and pick your item up. If you don’t see your manufacturer listed please fill out our Warranty & Service Form at the top or bottom of the page.

How do I submit a claim?
Please fill out our Warranty & Service Form located at the top or bottom of this page. Fill it out with as much information as you can provide and someone from our service
department will contact you within 48 hours.
What information will I need to provide to see if my furniture is covered under warranty?
All manufactures are different, however some may require:
-Copy of your invoice. (We will be able to provide one if yours is misplaced).
-Photos of the issue on your product.
-Serial number.
-Your contact information.
- A detailed description of the product issue.
Are parts and labor included under Warranty?
It depends on the manufacturer and the length of time you have owned your furniture.
What if my product is not covered?
If your product is not covered we can still order the necessary parts and install them but it will be
up to the customer to cover the cost.
Are sale items covered under Warranty?
If your product was purchased during our clearance sale, tent sale or clearance page it is not covered under warranty.
AS-IS items are also not covered.
